Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the benefits of physical activity particularly people with arthritis.
  • Describe the components of the Walk with Ease programs, how to receive training, and implement the programs.
  • Describe the Walk with Ease initiatives in New Mexico and future development plans.
